We're seeking a caring and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support our healthcare providers and ensure every patient feels welcomed, supported, and informed from the moment they arrive. This role requires travel between our four locations: Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom, Placerville and Dixon.

Sleep apnea—one of the most common sleep disorders—causes individuals to stop breathing multiple times throughout the night. When untreated, it can contribute to serious health problems such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and depression. At California Sleep Solutions, we help patients understand their symptoms, receive accurate diagnoses, and begin treatments that can transform their daily lives. From the first phone call to the overnight sleep study and beyond, we walk alongside our patients every step of the way. What You'll Do As a Medical Assistant, you play a key role in each patient's path toward better sleep and improved health.
Your responsibilities will include:
Scheduling appointments for patients receiving sleep apnea study equipment Preparing patients for diagnostic sleep studies and helping them feel comfortable and informed Maintaining accurate patient records and completing clinical documentation Administering sleep study test equipment and instructions to patients Managing clinical inventory and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Collaborating with team members to continuously enhance the patient experience
Schedule:
Monday through Friday What We're Looking For Required Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar healthcare role Bilingual (English/Spanish) for daily patient interactions Basic knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy Strong communication skills and a calm, reassuring presence Ability to excel in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Willingness to travel between Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom, and Dixon Preferred Familiarity with medical coding and insurance processes Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a medical-related field Why Join Us At California Sleep Solutions, you'll be part of a mission-driven team making a real impact in our community.
