West Los Angeles, CA Schedule:
Full Time | Monday•Friday Day shift. Occasional flexibility may be required based on clinic operations.
Pay:
Competitive Hourly Rate•$25/hour to $29/hour Compensation is determined based on a combination of experience, certifications, interview outcome, and final decision between the client and candidate. Requirements to Apply High School Diploma or GED required Minimum one (1) year of experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare setting preferred Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire) Experience working with older adults or medically complex populations preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Basic computer proficiency and experience with electronic medical records preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Job Summary Talent Strategies is partnering with an innovative healthcare organization providing comprehensive, community-based healthcare services designed to help older adults remain healthy, independent, and safely living in their homes. We are seeking a Clinic Assistant to support the daily operations of a multidisciplinary healthcare center. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming participant experience while assisting clinical staff, coordinating participant flow, and supporting administrative and operational functions throughout the clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, compassionate healthcare professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. Responsibilities Welcome participants and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Prepare exam rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Escort participants throughout the clinic as needed Assist clinical staff with participant flow and daily operations Obtain and document vital signs as appropriate Schedule appointments and coordinate participant services Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record Monitor clinic supplies and assist with inventory management Support interdisciplinary team members with administrative and operational tasks Provide excellent customer service to participants, caregivers, and visitors Work Environment Community-based healthcare center serving older adults Collaborative interdisciplinary healthcare team Fast-paced, participant-centered clinical environment Opportunity to support both clinical and administrative operations Mission-driven organization focused on quality care and service excellence Why This Opportunity?
