Seeking an experienced professional with tremendous work ethic, a passion for patient care an attention to detail and great multi-tasking skills. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, physicians and colleagues. The position is for front and back office. Experience in Cardiothoracic surgery, Cardiology and/or surgery office is preferable. Responsibilities will include obtaining eligibility for preoperative and postoperative appointments, obtaining authorizations with insurance providers for diagnostic tests, scheduling diagnostic testing for the patient, obtaining accurate vital signs and medication history and assisting our Surgeons/PA/NP with clinic procedures when needed. In addition, there will be some surgery scheduling required. Prefer Bilingual but not essential. Computer & EMR skills essential. This position is for our office in Riverside.
