Duties Assist healthcare providers with senior home visits 100% field job, LA/ OC Inland Empire, San Bernardino , San Diego Area Take and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature, and oxygen saturation levels in a home setting Qualifications Document vital signs on the EHR Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR/EHR systems), EMR (Electronic Medical Records), and medical documentation standards. Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and great customer service.
