Front Desk Administrative Assistant - Medical Office Scoliosis Care Centers San Jose, CA Job Details Full-time $23 - $25 an hour 18 hours ago Benefits On-the-job training Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Overview We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our unique medical practice. Our practice works with children and families from all over the world , and this is much more than a typical front-desk position. Every day, you'll have the opportunity to interact with wonderful families and be part of a team that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of young patients. It's a rewarding environment for someone who enjoys helping people and wants their work to have a positive impact. What You'll Do Welcome patients and families with a warm, positive attitude Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Assist with general front-office administrative tasks Communicate with patients and families in a professional and compassionate manner Help keep the front desk organized and running smoothly Work closely with the rest of the office team to provide an excellent patient experience What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Bubbly, friendly, and energetic Comfortable interacting with children, parents, and families Able to stay calm and professional in a busy environment A strong multitasker who can handle phones, patients, and administrative tasks at the same time Dependable, organized, and eager to learn Comfortable using computers and learning new software A positive team player who enjoys helping others Previous medical office experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Some basic computer literacy is helpful, but more importantly, we're looking for someone with the right personality, attitude, and willingness to learn.
