Full Time Location:
San Jose, CA 95125
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8am-5pm (rotating Saturdays)
Pay Range:
Fixed at $22/hr (Benefits included!)

Responsibilities:
Greet and prepare patients for examinations, including taking vital signs and medical histories. Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and minor procedures. Manage patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. Schedule patient appointments and coordinate follow-up visits as needed. Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, processing insurance information, and handling patient check-in and check-out. Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment. Communicate effectively with patients to provide instructions and answer basic health-related questions.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Required Medical Assistant Certification or Diploma from an accredited program (NHA or AMCA) Required BLS Certification Required 1 Full Year of Clinical Medical Assistant Experience Required (Externships/Internships Not Counted)

Experience Preferred Randall Primary Pay:
$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
