Applicants should have a general knowledge on how to:
  • Verify eligibility and perform prior authorization requests
  • Understand HIPPA compliance
  • Understand Sterilization
  • Assist with surgery
  • Schedule appointments electronically
  • Perform retail sales with electronic POS system
  • Scribe with a provider
  • Proficiency in MS Word or Google Docs, MS Excel or Google Spreadsheets
  • Organize and prioritize when given multiple tasks This is a full time position (32-40 hours) Monday through Friday.
Shift times variable and flexible based on candidate and office needs.
