Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of patient-related tasks Serve patients by greeting them, directing patients, and maintaining records Answer incoming calls and return missed calls Serve as the liaison between patient and medical support staff Be assigned as an MA to clinical providers Encourage a positive working environment among all medical assistants Make sound decisions in urgent situations
Requirements:
