In this role, you will be the friendly face and organized backbone of our medical practice, ensuring smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and effective communication between patients and healthcare providers. Responsibilities Prepare examination rooms, organize supplies, and assist providers during patient examinations and procedures Room patients, including taking vitals, history and ekgs Manage electronic health records (EHR) by accurately entering patient data, updating medical histories, and documenting treatment notes Schedule appointments efficiently using practice management software while managing provider calendars to optimize workflow Handle phone communications professionally, answering inquiries, providing appointment reminders, and coordinating follow-up care Maintain compliance with health insurance regulations and manage revenue cycle activities to support the financial health of the practiceSkills Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Experience with electronic health records (EHR) management systems to ensure precise recordkeeping Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client interactions and address patient needs effectively Ability to manage schedules proactively while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective internal communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with healthcare team members Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication makes a tangible difference in people's lives.
