Ability to work both back office and front office to facilitate workflow. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask is required. Must be dependable, reliable and be a quick learner. High level of professionalism and strong work ethics a must. Proven customer service experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position requires weekend availability on Saturdays. Please do not apply if you do not have weekend availability or unable to work afternoons. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Certified Medical Assistant credentials Ability to administer injections High level of computer literacy Ability to access and accurately record electronic health records via iPad. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with patients Highly self-motivated team player with a willingness to assist with back-office duties such as answering phones, sanitizing patient rooms, filing and data entry. Ability to work independently; takes initiative without being asked High level of professionalism with an excellent attendance record. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
