Key Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in California Previous experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy Strong understanding of IEP documentation and goal setting Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Reliable transportation to cover both Chino and Wildomar campuses Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and facilitate therapy sessions for students Maintain accurate and timely records, including progress notes and IEP documentation Consult with teachers and parents to support students' access to curriculum and school activities Recommend adaptive equipment or environmental modifications as needed Participate in IEP meetings and collaborative team discussions Provide ongoing education and support to staff regarding physical therapy strategies Perks of the
