RESPONSIBILITIES
What You Can Expect Day-to-Day As a Certified Bilingual Medical Assistant, you will aid our professional team and patients of all ages and backgrounds, both face-to-face as well as through telehealth, to do the following: Collect patient vital signs. Administering injections. Assist with generating reports for providers. Coordinating with pharmacies. Managing of schedules. Answering phones. Thorough documentation of patient interaction as well as communications of patient care with fellow staff members.REQUIREMENTS
What it Takes We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and experienced Certified Medical Assistant committed to our mission of providing patients with exceptional, trusted medical services.Mandatory Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish) A certificate of completion from an accredited medical assistant training program. Current BLS CPR certification. Well-developed listening and interview skills to explore patient needs. Strong verbal communication skills to advise patients. Problem-solving skills to develop effective patient care. Organization skills to maintain up-to-date, easy-to-navigate patient files. Familiarity with privacy, health, and safety laws. Computer skills in operating record-keeping, scheduling, email, and word-processing software.Preferred:
