Key Qualifications Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Outstanding customer service abilities with a talent for building rapport and trust with patients. Medical experience preferred, including strong phlebotomy and specimen collection skills. Commitment to learning and maintaining sterility and infection control practices. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment with a positive and professional demeanor. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset. Responsibilities Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures. Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection in accordance with established protocols. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization of equipment and supplies. Coordinate patient intake, documentation, scheduling, and follow-up care. Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a welcoming patient experience. Maintain accurate records and assist with daily clinic operations.
