Our team is committed to providing comprehensive skin care services with a focus on patient-centered care and clinical excellence. Overview We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Medical Assistant/Receptionist to join our dermatology practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support both clinical and administrative functions, ensuring a seamless patient experience from check-in to treatment. The ideal candidate will possess strong medical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient service. Seeking a medical assistant for a solo non-corporate medical practice of over 20 years. Would be trained in duties to include front desk tasks (check pt in, phones, insurance, administrative duties, etc) as well as assisting in the back office duties (rooming patients, scribing, assisting with surgeries, etc). Medical assistant certification and/or bachelor's degree, or dermatology experience a plus. Looking for someone with strong computer skills and interest in learning/growing as well as staying at a practice. Social media experience also a plus. Please do not apply if you can not commit at least a year. Great opportunity for someone taking a gap year before medical/nursing/PA school and eager to learn a lot. Part-time with the opportunity to become full-time. Must have a car. 3 weekdays/week. 20-30 hours/week. Salary and benefits dependent upon experience.
