Job Description
We are an allergy and asthma practice located in Louisville and Longmont searching for a Medical Assistant to be part of our team. We strive to provide our patients with high quality, efficient, and friendly medical care in a comfortable atmosphere. Our ideal candidate will be a quick learner with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and be organized with a focused attention to detail. A positive attitude and professional demeanor are essential to support our patient-centric values. We welcome college students, college graduates as well as pre-medical and pre-professional students to apply for our position.
Details:
- Front office responsibilities include checking patients in & out, data entry, scheduling, answering phone calls, managing records requests, and supporting physician and nursing staff
- Back office responsibilities include rooming patients, data entry using EMR, allergy testing, spirometry, subcutaneous injections, and other duties as assigned by the physicians.
Requirements:
- Computer literate (experience with electronic medical records preferred)
- Nonsmoking
- Flexible schedule and ability to travel/work in all office locations
- Criminal background check
