Job Description
URGENTLY HIRING
for a Medical Assistant/Receptionist position (Dermatology experience preferred) in the Niwot and Boulder area for our Niwot, Boulder, and Fort Collins offices. The current days of the week between these offices will be Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with Fridays and weekends off! Occasional travel to the Fort Collins office may be required up to one day per week at times. We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and energetic candidate with Medical Assistant/Receptionist experience to join our team. This role entails acting primarily as a Medical Assistant and as a Medical receptionist when needed. This role involves shifts in our Niwot, Boulder, and Fort Collins offices. The ideal candidate will commute between the Boulder and Niwot offices each week, with occasional travel to our Fort Collins location. Our patients are our highest priority, and we are looking for someone who is consistent, hardworking, and reliable in order to help us deliver excellent service when they visit our offices. We are looking for a candidate who is familiar with HIPAA practices and has the ability to maintain patient confidentiality. Additionally, candidates should be able to function in a busy medical office environment and will be task-oriented and have good attention to detail. Responsibilities Greet and check-in patients Correctly enter all patient information including insurance Answer phone calls and schedule patients Room patients and document basic medical history Obtain all necessary patient records as required by physician Obtain and verify presence of signed consent forms prior to treatment or procedures Assist provider during medical examinations and procedures Complete all charting for provider in EMR system Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments Set up and prepare rooms for cometic/medical procedures Complete prior authorizations Inform patients of their biopsy results Come to work with a positive attitude!Job Type:
