Administrative experience is preferred 25-30 hours per week, flexible days/hours.
You'll Spend Your Day:
Responding to medical record requests Formatting dictated reports in Word Supporting and covering the front office as needed Fielding phone calls and patient text messaging
Requirements Include:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word Attention to detail very important Professional demeanor Ability to "switch gears" and pitch in where needed Every other Saturday Minimum of 2 years administrative/office experience (medical not required) Bonus Qualifications Bilingual a huge plus Benefit verification Making authorization requests Making referral appointments.
