Shift 1, Days Position Summary The Receptionist/Medical Assistant is the central point of communication among patients, providers and other members of the health care team. Must provide superior level of service excellence to patients, physicians and staff in a caring and supportive manner. Protects patients' rights by maintaining strict patient confidentiality of personal and financial information at all times. Under the direction of the Primary Care Provider, the MA performs certain clinical duties, and assists the Providers to assure each patient is provided timely and effective care. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Experience in a patient care environment as either a CNA, EMT or graduate of an approved Medical Assistant program.
