Job Description
Duties:
- Prepare materials, plan reviews, and create agendas for client meetings
- Support the advisor team with client onboarding and reporting
- Follow up on meetings, handle client-initiated inquiries, and handle 80% of common requests.
- Assist clients in managing their assets, including stocks, bonds, and real estate
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
FINRA SIE
required, Series 65 licenses preferred; additional licenses may be required- Proven track record of success in wealth management or sales
- Strong knowledge of investment products and financial planning strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job location: In-person, 5 days/week at one of our four locations as needed: Middletown, Middlebury, West Hartford, Mystic.
