The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced medical environment. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, patient service, and the ability to work effectively in a private office setting. Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures Perform intake assessments including taking vital signs and recording medical histories Administer medications as directed by physicians and ensure proper documentation Utilize EHR systems for accurate patient record management Conduct basic life support as needed and maintain current certifications OB/GYN experience Prepare patients for their visit Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinical environment Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Engage in ICD coding for accurate billing processes Requirements Proven experience in a medical assistant role or similar position preferred Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is essential Familiarity with EHR systems and basic coding practices is highly desirable Experience in OB/GYN Office Setting. Ability to perform under pressure in emergency situations while maintaining professionalism Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent patient service and support Medical Assistant Certification.
