Our culture is rooted in integrity, authenticity, support, and passion. We are rapidly expanding across Connecticut and the Northeast, with national growth ahead. We're excited to announce the opening of our newest location in Westport, CT — a premier destination for longevity, wellness, weight loss management, and clinical aesthetics. We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to support our newest location opening in Westport, CT. As an Attune MA, you will support our on-site Nurse Practitioner (NP) and clients across our longevity, wellness, weight loss management, and clinical aesthetics services, while representing the Attune brand in both clinical and front-of-house capacities. Job Qualifications Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred Experience in med spa, dermatology, or aesthetics setting Skincare or aesthetics background preferred Interest or experience in longevity, wellness, or weight loss management programs a plus Phlebotomy or injection prep experience a plus Proficiency with EMR software and patient documentation Warm, polished client communication Sales awareness and product knowledge preferred Must meet U.S. work eligibility Key Responsibilities Exceptional Client Intake Greet clients and complete intake Verify documents and consents Clinical Support Take vitals and update charts Assist with injectables, lasers, skincare prep Support the NP with weight loss management protocols, including injections and body composition tracking Assist with longevity and wellness services, such as IV therapy, vitamin injections, and hormone optimization Maintain sterile standards Post-Care & Documentation Deliver post-care instructions Manage room turnover and inventory Record product and treatment details in EMR Front Desk & Sales Support Process checkout and scheduling Recommend skincare and services Support inventory and patient communication Follow-Up & Engagement Client follow-ups and post-care check-ins, including weight loss and wellness program progress Promote new services, products, and programs Desired Attributes High attention to sterile field maintenance and safety compliance Professional, compassionate demeanor and ability to multitask Excellent organizational and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and committed to patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Team-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning Why Join Attune?
