Looking for a medical assistant

• open to someone green Hours 7:45am-4:30pm M-F Pay
• $20•21/hr Main Responsibilities Welcomed patients and assisted with the check-in and check-out process.

Scheduled and coordinated patient appointments. Collected applicable payments and completed daily financial reconciliation. Updated and maintained patient demographic and account information. Answered incoming calls, directed inquiries, and assisted with appropriate phone triage. Supported daily patient flow by reviewing schedules, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate documentation. Communicated instructions and relevant information to patients and families as needed. Managed and maintained patient records and assisted with obtaining outside medical documentation, test results, and other required information. Completed forms, requests, and other administrative documentation as needed. Maintained patient confidentiality, respected patient rights, and followed established office procedures. Communicated patient or staff concerns to appropriate supervisors in a timely manner. Responded appropriately to urgent situations and followed established emergency procedures. Collected and handled urine specimens according to established procedures. Performed medication counts and documented results accurately. Requirements 1+ years of medical assisting experience / externship acceptable …

Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws:

rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
