We are looking for a motivated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence in women's healthcare.
Job Description:
As a Medical Assistant at Complete Women's Care, you will play a crucial role in supporting our medical team and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting providers with patient examinations and procedures. Preparing patients for exams and treatments. Taking and recording vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant information. Managing patient flow by scheduling appointments and coordinating follow-ups. Ensuring patient charts and records are accurate and up to date. Providing patient education and support as directed by the provider. Assisting with front office duties such as answering phones, handling patient inquiries, and processing paperwork. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment in accordance with clinic policies.
Requirements:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical office, preferably in women's health or GYN. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented.
