Job Description

## Job Overview We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be working in a busy vascular surgeon's medical office. The ideal candidate MUST be fluent in English and Spanish to assist in providing exceptional patient care. Duties as the Medical Assistant
  • Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and update patient records accurately
  • Assist with patient inquiries and provide information on clinic services
  • Work closely with medical staff to ensure efficient patient care.
  • Prepare room set up for designated procedure.
  • Assist provider during procedure
  • Clean room and prepare for the following patient ## Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required
  • Previous experience in a medical setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with computer use.
  • Experience with Athena EMR helpful but not required.
Will train.
TRAVEL IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION. WE HAVE MULTIPLE LOCATIONS.
