We are seeking a high-performing Office Manager / Lead Medical Assistant who is ready to take ownership, lead operations, and play a key role in both patient care and the financial success of the practice. What You'll Do Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure efficient workflow Oversee billing and credentialling Lead both front office and clinical staff Assist providers with patient care, including phlebotomy Manage surgery scheduling and coordination Handle workers' compensation and personal injury cases Maintain accurate documentation using eClinicalWorks (eCW) Deliver an exceptional patient experience Manage outstanding Front-End Billing & Insurance Responsibilities Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to visits Obtain and manage prior authorizations for procedures and imaging Accurately collect copays, deductibles, and patient balances Understand and explain coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and treatment estimates to patients Ensure proper documentation to support billing and reimbursement Work closely with billing teams to minimize denials and delays Oversee billing and credentialling What We're Looking For High-energy, positive, and professional attitude Minimum experience in an orthopedic or surgical practice Strong knowledge of medical front-end billing processes Hands-on experience with: Insurance verification Authorizations & referrals Copays, deductibles, and patient collections Experience with workers' compensation and personal injury cases Surgery scheduling experience Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (ECW) Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership skills and team-first mindset Dependable, accountable, and detail-oriented What Sets You Apart Existing relationships with attorneys, adjusters, or referral partners Strategic or creative ideas to help grow the practice Experience with regenerative medicine (PRP, BMAC, adipose therapies) Background in wellness services (anti-aging, peptides, weight management) Strong understanding of revenue cycle fundamentals and how front-end accuracy impacts collections Thrives under pressure and takes initiative without needing oversight Why Join Prime Orthopedic & Regenerative Medicine?
