The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our medical staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. This position requires a blend of clinical and administrative skills, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Experience in various medical specialties such as Internal Medicine is highly valued. Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Measure and record vital signs, including height, weight, blood pressure, temperature, respiratory rate. oxygen and pulse. Prepare patients for diagnostic tests. Ready to draw patients' blood and to collect other specimens per policy and procedures Maintain accurate patient records and manage medical administrative support tasks. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control procedures. Stay up to date with patients care by following their plans completed by providers per facility protocol. Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care and streamline operations. Experience Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of physiology and medical terminology is essential. Phlebotomy experience is a plus. Basic computer skills knowledge. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment are required. Proficiency in handling medical equipment and performing routine clinical tasks. Proficient in english and haitian creole. Medical assistant, and or phlebotomy certification required. HS diploma or GED required.
