Job Description
Small private, family, owned doctor's office seeking cross trained medical assistant with phlebotomy experience. MA will complete duties of front office and back office. Knowledge of scheduling, insurance verification, medication authorizations, referrals and prior authorizations for procedures. Meeting insurance requirements, care gaps. Therapeutic injections and immunizations. Covid, Flu, RSV and Strep testing. Urinalysis, Pregnancy Test, Rapid Drug Test, EKG, vision exam. Vitals, autoclave, scanning required documents.
