• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and support to medical professionals in various clinical settings.

• Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare providers in patient examinations and procedures
• Perform basic medical tasks including vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomy
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with documentation
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

• Requirements:

• Proven experience in patient care and service
• Knowledge of medical procedures and practices (EKG/Phlebotomy/Prior Authorizations/Refills)
• Understanding of physiology and ability to interpret medical charts (ECW)
• Certification or diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program
