BILINGUAL SPANISH

Medical Assistants to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical support to ensure the smooth operation of our medical office.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
• Collect patient information and update medical records
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and common areas
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence professionally and efficiently
• Be able to multi-task and SCRIBE successfully

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a medical assistant program preferred
• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is

REQUIRED

• Proficiency in medical administrative tasks such as managing records
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and compassionately with patients and their families
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Bilingual Spanish speaking
