Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) - Recruitment Focused Part-Time | Auzmer Research | Lakeland, FL Starting at $18/hour Auzmer Research is seeking a friendly, motivated, and organized Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to support our patient recruitment efforts for ongoing clinical trials. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is comfortable on the phone, and is interested in healthcare or clinical research. The primary focus of this position will be contacting potential participants, discussing study opportunities, and helping guide patients through the prescreening process.

Schedule Part-Time:

18 hours/week

Onsite Days:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Hours:

6-hour shifts Responsibilities Call and follow up with potential clinical trial participants Conduct phone prescreenings using study-specific criteria Explain study details, visit schedules, and participant benefits Schedule participant appointments and send reminders Maintain accurate call logs and recruitment tracking Assist with recruitment campaigns and outreach efforts Respond to patient inquiries via phone and text Help maintain patient databases and recruitment records Support coordinators with general administrative tasks as needed Maintain HIPAA compliance and participant confidentiality Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor Organized and detail-oriented Basic computer and data entry skills Healthcare, sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Why Join Auzmer Research?
