NEUROLOGY PRIVATE PRACTICE
seeks a
MEDICAL ASSISTANT.
The position is for
FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to work with a state of the art medical practice in Lutz, Florida Candidate must have an upbeat, friendly and confident attitude. Must be reliable, efficient, able to multi-task, be very motivated, have transportation to travel to work, must be a self-sufficient and willing to learn all aspects of the
NEUROLOGY
field. Responsibilities Assist in patient intake by collecting vital signs and medical history. Ensure a high level of patient service and care, addressing inquiries and concerns. Collaborate with healthcare professionals in a clinical setting, utilizing knowledge of medical terminology and physiology. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the medical office environment. Medical Office Experience (preferred) Medical Assistant Experience (preferred) Answering multi-line telephones Scheduling appointments Data Entry Scanning Working knowledge of medical terminology The ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients The ability to work in a team environment The ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians and team members Computer literate Strong interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills Able to travel between office locations if needed
