Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care and support in a medical setting.
  • Perform basic medical procedures such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and collecting blood for testing.
  • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring their comfort and privacy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
  • Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Assist with medical administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating referrals.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth operations and efficient patient flow.
Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant.
  • 2 years or more Previous experience as a medical assistant is required.
  • Proficiency in performing basic medical procedures such as taking vital signs and collecting blood specimens.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred.
