Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a GYN or women's health setting and is familiar with eClinicalWorks (ECW) electronic medical record system.

Responsibilities:

Room patients and obtain vital signs Review and document patient history and medications in eClinicalWorks Assist providers with exams and in-office procedures Perform specimen collection, and lab preparation Handle prior authorizations, medication refills, and patient communication Maintain clinical supply inventory and ensure exam rooms are stocked and sanitized Support front desk and scheduling staff as needed Answer phones Check messages

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant (GYN experience preferred) Proficiency with eClinicalWorks (ECW) required Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills Professional, compassionate demeanor with attention to detail

Schedule:

Monday (1230-5pm)Wed (8-5pm) Thurs(1230-5pm) Friday (8-3)( no weekends or evenings)

Compensation:

Competitive pay based on experience

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
