MEDICAL ASSISTANT

The following is required:

• Record and take patient history, medication and personal information
• Measure vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature and weight
• Perform basic eye exam, ear lavage, EKG's, and PFT's
• Assist with minor surgeries
• Help the physician with patient examinations - PAP's and minor surgery
• Give patients injections or medications as directed by the physician
• Complete authorizations and referrals
• Complete CLIA lab tests in our office and QC record keeping
• Overseeing compliance with lab and office protocols
• Typing skills and medical terminology proficiency
• Schedule appointments
• Order Medical Supplies
• Manage back office, including fellow Ma's Send resumes to:
