Some medical knowledge and experience necessary. Training available for the right candidate. Candidates should be comfortable working with patients in a primary care/internal medicine office, and Rheumatology specialty. Candidate should have excellent listening and communication skills. Individuals must maintain good relationships with our patients and professionalism while being capable of working as a team, and we need team members who are capable of making independent decisions. Must be biligual (English and Spanish) .
Responsibilities:
Taking Vitals and Accurate Clinical History Search for and retrieve medical information for physician review. Retrieve specimens for tests and maintain their proper preservation. Collect and process patient information for charting purposes. Ensure that the exam rooms are properly organized and sanitized. Calling lab and diagnostic results. Providing patients with medication refills. Assisting providers with minor in office procedures. Performing EKG, Injections, Ear Lavage, Holter Monitor & Lab Draw. (Training Available if Necessary)
