Full-Time Pay:
$18.00 per hour (Negotiable based on experience) Position Summary We are seeking a bilingual Medical Assistant / Receptionist to serve as the direct assistant to Dr. Marco Fiore Urizar . This role requires a positive, professional, and reliable individual who is comfortable working in both front office and back office settings in a fast-paced medical environment. Required Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (must speak and write clearly in both) 1 year of experience in a medical office (Preferred) Punctual and reliable with dependable transportation Typing skills required Strong organizational and planning skills Ability to multitask and adapt (front desk and back office duties may interchange) Works well under pressure while maintaining professionalism Smiling, positive attitude at all times (a must) Team-oriented with strong communication skills Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To Answer and screen patient inquiries by phone, text, and in person Greet and welcome patients and ensure comfort in the waiting area Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Provide general administrative and clerical support Serve as the direct assistant to the provider during clinic hours Room patients, obtain vitals, and prepare patients for examinations Assist the provider during patient visits and procedures Administer injections and medications as directed (if certified) Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system Clean and prepare exam rooms and restock supplies Support overall office operations while maintaining a professional, positive environment
General Office Support:
Support physicians and overall office operations Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and staff Maintain a professional and calm environment, even during high-volume clinic days Other duties as assigned to support efficient clinic workflow Benefits Yearly salary raises Paid holidays Paid time off (PTO) 401(k)
