Optimal Wellness of Naples is seeking a motivated, professional, and compassionate Medical Assistant (MA) to join our growing wellness and medical team. We are a modern wellness practice focused on helping our patients look, feel, and perform their best through personalized wellness and aesthetic services. Our services include IV Vitamin Therapy, Vitamin Injections, Medical Weight Loss, Hormone Replacement Therapy, Peptide Therapy, NAD+ Therapy, Botox & Dermal Fillers , and other customized wellness treatments. We are looking for someone who is confident, personable, detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is someone who: Has previous Medical Assistant or clinical experience Is comfortable working directly with patients Has strong phlebotomy and injection skills Is professional, polished, and well-presented Has excellent communication and customer service skills Is organized and extremely detail-oriented Can multitask in a fast-paced environment Takes initiative and can work independently Is dependable, punctual, and accountable Works well as part of a close-knit team Has a genuine interest in health, wellness, aesthetics, and longevity Makes patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for Maintains patient confidentiality and follows HIPAA and clinical protocols Experience in a med spa, wellness clinic, aesthetics, hormone therapy, weight loss, IV therapy, or similar setting is a PLUS!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Prepare patients for appointments and treatments Obtain and document vital signs and medical histories Perform venipuncture/phlebotomy Administer injections as directed and within applicable scope and protocols Assist providers with patient consultations and treatments Assist with IV therapy and wellness treatments as directed Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Maintain accurate patient charts and documentation Assist with patient intake, forms, consents, and follow-up Educate patients on treatments and provider instructions Communicate with patients professionally in person, by phone, and electronically Maintain clinical supplies and assist with inventory Follow infection-control, OSHA, HIPAA, and safety procedures Assist with opening/closing duties and maintaining overall office organization Work closely with the front desk and clinical team to provide a seamless patient experience Perform other clinical and administrative duties as needed
