Job Description
Job Summary Looking for fluent English/Spanish speaking Certified Medical Assistant or LPN to contact existing patients to confirm medication adherence and compliance with care plan as developed with their physician. Must be technologically adept and well spoken. Attention to detail required. Salary commensurate with experience. We are a start-up medical company with existing contracts with physicians to work with their qualified Chronic Care Management patients to help ensure positive health outcomes.
Pay:
