ResponsibilitiesGreet patients and assist with the check-in and check-out processObtain and document patient vitals and medical historiesPrepare patients and exam rooms for appointmentsAssist physicians and clinical staff with patient care as neededSchedule appointments and manage patient informationAnswer phone calls and communicate with patients regarding appointments and general questionsUpdate and maintain accurate patient recordsAssist with referrals, forms, and other administrative tasksMaintain clean, organized, and properly stocked exam roomsCommunicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking patientsFollow HIPAA requirements and established office procedures
