We are led by Dr. Michael Frederick who trained at the prestigious Harvard University. We strive to provide the best quality of service, patient care and, of course, amazing results! We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic medical assistant to join our team! We are looking for a compassionate, positive, and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our growing plastic surgery practice. This is the perfect role for someone who genuinely cares about people, loves creating a warm patient experience, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. About the Role As a Medical Assistant, you will play an important role in helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and cared for throughout their journey. We are looking for someone with a kind personality, strong attention to detail, and a calm, professional presence.

Warm, caring, and empathetic Positive and solution-oriented Professional and reliable Organized and detail-focused Passionate about patient care and aesthetics Able to make patients feel safe and comfortable ResponsibilitiesClinical Office Maintenance Organize medical supplies in cupboards and drawers and restock as needed Ensure patient rooms are cleaned each morning and between patients as needed Ensure a clean robe is available for every patient and replaced after each use Assist patients in coordination with the plastic surgeon Take clinical photographs and maintain accurate documentation Review consent forms, pre-operative, and post-operative instructions with patients Help create a warm, luxury-level patient experience throughout every visit Operating Room Maintenance Follow protocols required for operating room certification and compliance Maintain operative and sterilization logs Clean and sterilize surgical instruments properly Assist the surgeon during minor procedures Assist with operating room turnover, cleaning, and surgical setup preparation Administrative Responsibilities Obtain and organize medical clearances Help manage the nursing line under physician supervision Coordinate with the Patient Coordinator regarding surgical scheduling Ensure all physician notes and documentation are completed in the EMR system Qualifications Previous experience as a Medical Assistant preferred Plastic surgery, dermatology, med spa, or aesthetics experience is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-player mentality What We Value Most We can train the right person technically — but kindness, compassion, and genuine care for patients are the qualities we value most.
