JOB SUMMARY
Performs patient care activities as directed by the prescribing Medical Providers, i.e. APRN, PA, DO, MD and or the Chiropractic Physicians.
Job Functions:
Supports and performs all job duties, according to Joint Commission and Company approved policies and procedures. Supports and participates in programs directed at patient and staff safety. Considers patient rights, in performance of job duties and complies with HIPPA requirements. Observes safety measures in performance of job responsibilities. Responds to emergency situations with competence and composure. Corrects or reports observed or suspected violations, hazards, and noncompliance, in accordance with organization policies and procedures. Complies with all Company policies and procedures, according to the Employee Handbook. Maintains and promotes professional competence, through continuing education and other learning experiences Attends and actively participates in meetings, committees, in-service trainings, workshops, seminars, conferences and quality/performance improvement activities, according to job responsibilities and requirements. Objectively evaluates suggestions or criticisms and attempts to improve performance or seeks further guidance as needed.
