- Knowledge of eclinical works is useful, but we will train the right candidate if they lack knowledge.
- Rooming patients, taking vitals, calling patients
- Assisting with prior auths
- Assist healthcare providers with medical procedures, including EEGS, memory test, biopsy testing
- Provide medical administrative support by scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling insurance billing.
- Ensure a clean and organized medical environment by sterilizing instruments and equipment.
- Educate patients on proper self-care techniques and provide instructions for medication administration.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure a positive patient experience. ```Skills```
- Strong medical administrative skills, including patient scheduling and insurance billing.
- Excellent patient service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients.
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and interpretation.
- Familiarity with medical coding and documentation requirements.
- Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Competence in medication administration techniques.
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is encouraged
- Basic life support (BLS) certification (encouraged)
