Job Description
Quadrant Health Group is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to support clinicians and patients using our virtual care platform in West Palm Beach, FL. In this role, you'll guide patients through digital intake, appointments, and follow-up, provide frontline technical and clinical workflow support, and escalate issues to clinical and engineering teams. You'll coordinate with providers, monitor queues, and ensure accurate, timely documentation. Ideal candidates bring healthcare support experience, strong communication skills, comfort with technology, and a passion for improving access and patient-centered virtual care. Responsibilities Provide frontline clinical and technical support for the virtual care platform Guide patients through digital intake, virtual visits, and follow-up processes Assist clinicians with workflow issues, scheduling, and documentation needs Monitor patient queues, messages, and alerts to support timely care Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems Document patient interactions and support activities accurately in systems Collaborate with clinical, IT, and product teams to resolve issues Educate patients and staff on digital tools and best practices Support adoption of new features and processes across care teams Contribute feedback to improve virtual care workflows and patient experience Required Skills Telehealth operations Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) Patient scheduling and intake Clinical documentation support Healthcare customer service Technical troubleshooting HIPAA compliance Care coordination Data entry and accuracy Healthcare communication tools (chat, video, portals)
