Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, professional Medical Assistant to join our busy Primary Medical office. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care while supporting the physician and office team with clinical responsibilities. Duties Prepare patients for examinations assist with physicians. Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature,EKG, and respiration; document findings accurately Perform phlebotomy (blood draws), medication administration, and basic life support (BLS) as needed to support patient care Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, including sterilization of instruments and proper disposal of medical wasteQualifications Proven experience as a Medical Assistant with knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and medical assisting procedures Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; additional certifications such as phlebotomy or medication administration are advantageous Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for documentation and record management Follow OSHA, infection control, HIPPA, and office safety procedures —help us deliver outstanding patient experiences every day!
