Job Description

Job Overview Medical Administrative Assistant for high-paced busy medical office specialty care. Do not apply to be a greeter. We keep staff - you are not replacing anyone - we are growing and need more help. Your energetic and organized approach will be vital in creating a smooth and welcoming environment for patients and staff alike. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring efficient appointment scheduling, accurate record management, and seamless communication across departments. Duties Greet patients with enthusiasm and professionalism, guiding them through check-in procedures Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using electronic health record systemsOf Manage incoming phone calls, inquiries, and appointment requests promptly and courteously Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations Prepare medical documentation, test results, and billing information for providers and insurance processes Assist with inventory management of medical supplies and office materials to ensure readiness at all times Skills Strong communication skills to interact confidently with patients, providers, and insurance companies Must be able to type clear messages and comfortable with computers Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold confidentiality standards Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence Join us in making a difference by providing outstanding administrative support that empowers healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
