Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Field Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all aspects of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and bring innovative construction solutions to life. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project workflows. Develop detailed project schedules using project management tools to monitor progress and proactively adjust plans. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and site operations run smoothly. Manage procurement processes using construction management software to track materials, equipment, and subcontractor commitments. Conduct regular site inspections for precise documentation and communication of project updates. Ensure effective project coordination through clear communication channels and timely issue resolution. Maintain comprehensive records of project documentation, change orders, and progress reports for transparency and accountability. Qualifications Prior experience in residential construction supervision or field management preferred. Experience working with state and county CDBG-DR (Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery) programs preferred. Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and jobsite safety. Ability to read plans, take accurate measurements, and manage multiple projects. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction-related software and mobile applications (Company Cam, Expensify, etc.). Valid drivers license and ability to travel between job sites as required. This position is associated with a HUD-funded project and qualifies as a Section 3 opportunity.
