Clinical Support Specialist - South Florida Baptist (Full Time/First Shift)

Summary:

Support the facility's clinical operational activities including meaningful use, patient throughput, application support for Marbella and Teletracking systems, data management, and provides relief/vacancy coverage for additional departments. Execute organizational initiatives and follows policies & procedures to maximize utilization of all available resources while maintaining high levels of quality, technology, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with departments, patients, team members, volunteers, physicians, community agencies/facilities, leadership and other customers. Perform all of these functions in a manner that complies with standards established by the organization, hospital, medical staff, and outside regulatory and accreditation agencies. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Other information: Required Education and Experience includes High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years of Patient Throughput, Case Management, Registration or Health Information Management (medical records) experience in lieu of degree; or Associates Degree or Technical diploma in Nursing (LPN) with 1 year acute hospital experience; or Bachelor's degree with 6 months healthcare experience.
