About the role Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support our clinical and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Prepare patients for examinations, including taking vital signs and medical histories Assist physicians during procedures and examinations Administer injections and medications as directed Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic health systems Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Perform basic lab tests and handle specimens Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready Provide exceptional patient care and support Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or relevant healthcare certification preferred Previous experience in a clinical setting is an advantage Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
