In this role, you'll assist providers with patient care, perform clinical and administrative duties, and help ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in through follow-up care. The ideal candidate is adaptable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient service and high-quality care. What You'll Do

• Greet and room patients while creating a positive patient experience
• Measure and document vital signs, patient history, and clinical information
• Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during patient visits
• Perform phlebotomy and collect blood and urine samples
• Support front office and administrative clinic functions as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols and workflows
• Deliver concierge-level customer service and compassionate patient care
• Exercise sound clinical judgment within scope of role
