Lead Medical Assistant will:

Provide leadership and direction to Medical Assistants and Motivate employees and ensure a focus on the mission. Enters information accurately in EMR. Oversee employee schedule. Conduct swab tests Prepares specimens for pick-up Demonstrates decisive judgment in an often-hectic environment Work cohesively on team, independently with minimal supervision Follow patient policies and maintains examination areas. Ensure tests are tracked, logged, and the care team is presented with results. Exemplify compassionate service for an excellent patient experience Ability to interact with patients and families Other duties as assigned and warranted. Responsibilities for Lead Medical Assistant 2 yrs + Lead Medical Assistant in a high volume patient environment is required Must have experience with eClinicalWorks and taking patient vitals Experience providing friendly, compassionate care to patients of all ages Ability to maintain a clean, courteous, and professional working environment High School or GED required.
